Event Equipment Rental

For all rental requests made on our website, please specify your desired rental date when placing your order.

Documents required when picking up the equipment:

• –ID
• –Proof of address issued within the last 3 months (rent, utility bill, phone bill, water bill, etc.)

A security deposit, payable by credit card only, at the time of pickup.

IMPORTANT! Since the security deposit may amount to several thousand euros, please verify that your credit card is accepted. You may split the security deposit among several people.

All documents must be in the same name.

The equipment will only be released once all required documents and the security deposit have been provided.

The rental agreement must be drawn up in the name of an individual acting as a guarantor. We do not issue rental agreements in the name of an association or company. However, we can issue an INVOICE in the name of the desired entity.

The reservation will be confirmed in-store upon payment of the rental fee and submission of the required documents.

CANCELLATION:

Since the equipment has been reserved, the rental may be canceled under the following circumstances:

• –30 days prior to the actual rental date, with a full refund.
• –15 days prior to the actual rental date, with a 50% refund.
• –7 days prior to the actual rental date, the rental will be finalized and no refund will be issued.

Note: For companies, please provide a Kbis certificate; a purchase order will be issued, which will include the name of the person picking up the equipment.

DURATION:

This rate applies to equipment picked up in-store on the day of departure and is calculated on a daily basis (e.g., from Tuesday at 2:00 PM to Wednesday at 2:00 PM) or for the weekend, from Friday to Monday before 12:00 PM.

Throughout the rental period, the rented equipment will be the sole responsibility of the person who signed the contract. Any equipment damaged due to use outside standard operating procedures will be billed at the current rate (including tax) on the day the equipment is returned.
