High-quality audio components for a warm, detailed sound

The DJM-900NXS2 has undergone a complete internal redesign to deliver a clear, even deeper, and more colorful sound:

Enhanced digital sound processing: 64-bit mix processing, enhanced dithering technology, and a low-jitter clock all contribute to a warm, natural analog sound.

96 kHz/24-bit sound card and direct digital connection: accurately reproduces the audio source in high resolution.

New power supply: eliminates unwanted noise and delivers a warmer sound.

Enhanced analog input: a new phono amp circuit, plus a new GND signal port for easily connecting ground wires from analog turntables.

Improvements to the EQ, faders, and peak controls for seamless mixing.

The DJM-900NXS2 offers more nuanced control over frequency and volume, for a more dynamic and fluid mix:

Improved channel fader curves: all three curves have been refined for greater precision and control.

New EQ curves: even greater precision across high, mid, and low frequencies.

More accurate clip indicator: a redesigned gain structure prevents the meters from going into the red too early.

Peak limiter: minimizes distortion even at high volumes.

More detailed control over a wide range of effects, and independent Send/Return

On the DJM-900NXS2, the effects and their controls have been completely redesigned to allow for more detailed manipulation:

6 Sound Colour Effects:

New Sweep: replaces Gate/Comp

New parameter knob: allows you to modulate different parameters for each effect.

Larger knobs: for more nuanced control of all Sound Colour effects.

14 Beat Effects:

New effects: Ping Pong, Vinyl Brake, Helix, Pitch, and improved Reverb.

Larger X-Pad with OLED display: view and control effects more easily and adjust their settings.

Effect frequency: choose which frequency range you want to apply the effects to.

Channel selection LEDs: See at a glance which channels you’re applying Beat effects to.

Independent Send/Return:

Connect external devices and software to use in addition to the internal effects. Thanks to InterApp compatibility, you can use effects/instrument apps on your iPad, such as the virtual RMX-1000 app.

With two USB ports, 4 Phono inputs, and DVS support, it ensures total flexibility and seamless transitions between DJs.

The DJM-900NXS2 features a multitude of inputs to give you complete freedom to mix from any source of your choice:

2 USB ports and an input selector on the top of the unit: for seamless transitions between DJs using different PCs/Macs.

DVS control: use turntables/players to control the Rekordbox DJ performance software with the Rekordbox DJ DVS Plus Pack (coming soon).

4 Phono inputs: connect up to 4 turntables to channels 1, 2, 3, or 4.

Pro DJ Link via LAN or USB for even more possibilities and flexibility

Use the Pro DJ Link to connect up to 4 players and share the same source among them, view detailed rekordbox information, and take advantage of advanced features such as Quantize. You can also connect a PC or Mac with a single USB cable to control Rekordbox DJ and other DJ software using all 4 players.
