Data collected

We only collect the data you provide via the contact form: name, first name, email, phone number, event type and date. This data is used solely to respond to your quote request.

Purpose and legal basis

Processing based on your consent (form submission). Data retained for a maximum of 3 years.

Retention period

Your data is retained only for the time needed to handle your request, and for a maximum of 3 years after our last contact, in order to follow up on your enquiry. After this period, it is deleted.

Data recipients

Your data is intended solely for Mita Music and is accessible only to its authorised staff. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is processed on our behalf and on our instructions only by the following processors, contractually bound by confidentiality obligations (Article 28 GDPR):

• Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting;
• Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc. (United States) — delivery of the emails generated by the contact form (first name, last name, email, phone number, event type and date, message) and of the acknowledgement sent to you;
• Google Ireland Limited — audience measurement via Google Analytics 4, only if you have consented via the cookie banner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, object to and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights: contact@mitamusic.com (proof of identity may be requested). You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation, as well as audience measurement tools.

We use Vercel Web Analytics, an anonymous, cookieless audience measurement solution that does not require your consent. We also use Google Analytics 4, which places cookies for statistical purposes: these cookies are only set after you have given your consent via the banner. No advertising cookies are used.

Hosting and transfers outside the European Union

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). Our emails are delivered by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). As both providers process data in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the European Union, covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR: the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, for Resend, certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Data security

Mita Music implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
